Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where he was president of Phi Delta Theta. One year of his undergraduate work was completed at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School for International Studies in Bologna, Italy where he participated in graduate level courses. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where he was president of Phi Delta Theta. One year of his undergraduate work was completed at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School for International Studies in Bologna, Italy where he participated in graduate level courses. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The practice of Personal Injury Law has been Steve\u2019s passion and pursuit for more than three decades. He is currently very actively involved in handling cases and seeking justice on behalf of those who have suffered injury and perhaps even lost a loved one due to an accident that was not their fault or because of a faulty product or practice that has caused them harm.

Some would be right! Amy has taken pride in working hard to achieve all that she has in life and it is through her tenacity and stubborn sense of right and wrong that led her to a career in the law. From fighting against insurance companies to making legal arguments in front of a judge, Amy derives great satisfaction from her work as a member of the Ruth Law Team. After receiving her Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Health Policy and Psychology, she continued her education by receiving her Master of Public Administration degree from Michigan State University. She then escaped the cold winters of Michigan, by moving to St. Petersburg, Florida to attend Stetson University College of Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Amy decided to remain in Florida to begin her practice of law and to continue to enjoy the palm trees and beautifully sunny days of Florida. Since her first year in law school, she has worked for The Ruth Law Team and is now a senior associate of the firm, having been with the firm now for almost twenty years. Amy has also come full circle in terms of cold winters by also being admitted to practice law in Minnesota. She finds the balance between the wonderful climate of Florida and the wonderful people of Minnesota to be the best of both worlds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When not hard at work at the office, Amy enjoys a number of activities that keep her busy. She loves traveling with her husband and son and spends her personal time with her four rescue pups, whom all come from a history of abuse and neglect and require special medical care and rehabilitation before thriving in the Catledge household. <\/p>\n\n\n\n[elementor-template id=\"24398\"]\n\n\n\n
As an Advocacy Trainer, as well as an Adjunct Professor for Stetson University College of Law, Amy also enjoys giving back to the legal community by training, coaching, and teaching law students. Every fall and every spring, Amy travels with student teams to mediation competitions and she also participates in the selection of students to serve on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board at Stetson, participating in a number of mediation, negotiation, & arbitration competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Most recently, Amy has been awarded with the America\u2019s Best Advocates Award for Top Female Personal Injury Attorney<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Austin is a life-long St. Petersburg resident who graduated summa cum laude from St. Petersburg High\u2019s International Baccalaureate program. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Florida and graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree. While attending law school, he interned at Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in the Office of Technology Management and Licensing, volunteered and worked with high school students in the Pinellas County Teen Court program, and was a semi-finalist in the American Trial Lawyers Association advocacy competition. He is currently admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and all Florida State Courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When he\u2019s not involved in working up client cases, helping negotiate with the insurance companies, and assisting with trial preparations, Austin spends time volunteering with Buddy Break.
